At Trident Treasures, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering a carefully curated collection of antique jewelry, fine art, and distinctive collectibles. We want you to shop with confidence and understand our return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure that every item meets your expectations. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Our team will review your request and guide you through the appropriate return process in accordance with the applicable terms of your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To help us process your return request, the item should generally be unused, where applicable, and returned with its original packaging and any accompanying accessories or documentation. Due to the unique nature of antique items, collectible jewelry, artwork, and vintage pieces, certain products may have specific return conditions or may not be eligible for return. Any applicable exclusions will be communicated in the product description or at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging. This will help our team assess the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution under our return policy.

Refund Policy

Once your return request has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may be accommodated before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the applicable return policy will determine the available options.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be excluded from returns due to their unique, vintage, customized, or collectible nature, where permitted by applicable law. Items that have been damaged through improper handling, altered after delivery, or returned without prior authorization may also be ineligible for a refund. Any applicable restrictions will be communicated clearly before purchase.

Return Shipping

The responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return and the applicable terms of the purchase. If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the circumstances and communicate the available return arrangements. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team to discuss the available options. Exchanges may depend on product availability and the nature of the item. Since many of our antiques and collectibles are unique or available in limited quantities, an identical replacement may not always be possible.

Contact Us

If you have any questions about returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, please contact the Trident Treasures customer support team with your order number and a description of your concern. We will review your request and do our best to provide a fair and timely resolution.
